SEED
LABORATORY SERVICES
On
a continuing basis, the Queensland Seed Technology Laboratory,
as an accredited laboratory of the International Seed Testing
Association (ISTA), conducts a wide range of diagnostic tests
on seeds. These including all the quality parameters of germination,
viability, seed lot purity, seed identification and seed health
for domestic and export seed marketing. Also as an accredited
laboratory of the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service
(AQIS) the laboratory can conduct expert examinations required
under quarantine law for imported seed and grain and seed destined
